I’m pretty much guaranteed to be happy whenever I see a new post from Josepha — I simply think she is super-smart and also a very aware and sensitive person towards the people around her:

Too many things to mention, but obviously:

3. The WordPress community
4. In particular (and also beyond the WP community): people who are not only open to collaboration, but even seek out to collaborate on projects … and here I mean particularly the willingness to engage in work with potential for rewards other than plain and simply monetary / financial interests. Granted, this requires a great deal of experience, wisdom, insight and such… so when it does show up, I do acknowledge what a great treasure and wonderful thing it is.
