I don’t know if I should feel flattered or offended

IMHO if someone pays attention to you, then you should feel flattered, not offended:

I was contacted via a message sent with Gmail by a person claiming to be responsible…

There are 4 key values that we find important when traveling: improving our environmental impact, deeper personal experiences, more meaningful social relations, and supporting the local economy – Less Travel

Yet, I do admit that being stalked, doxed, or anything like that feels more like an invasion of personal privacy… well, I guess that could indeed be considered offensive.

Christmas Time is Here

I’m pretty much guaranteed to be happy whenever I see a new post from Josepha — I simply think she is super-smart and also a very aware and sensitive person towards the people around her:

What are you particularly grateful for?

Happy Thanksgiving! | Shedding Light (josepha.blog)

Too many things to mention, but obviously:

  1. Josepha
  2. Matt (Mullenweg)
  3. The WordPress community
  4. In particular (and also beyond the WP community): people who are not only open to collaboration, but even seek out to collaborate on projects … and here I mean particularly the willingness to engage in work with potential for rewards other than plain and simply monetary / financial interests. Granted, this requires a great deal of experience, wisdom, insight and such… so when it does show up, I do acknowledge what a great treasure and wonderful thing it is.
  5. These are just a few things I wish to mention here. There are also many more things I am also grateful for — for example: Holly Cole.
